Deposit Policy
Deposits are ALWAYS non-refundable. They can range in price depending on the artist or project... But however much money you leave for an appointment or drawing, it is always NON REFUNDABLE. If you pay an artist money in any way, cash or digitally, you cannot get it back. This money instantly compensates the artist for their time, expertise, and resources. This includes, but is not limited to, the artist's drawing time, consultation time, setup costs, and other resources the artist has used for you specifically. It can also slightly compensate them if you don't show up for the appointment (that you agreed on.)
Deposits are for a specific design that you and your artist talked and/or messaged about. If you change your mind on a design completely, or change the subject matter of the artwork, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to place a new one... for a new tattoo idea! Deposits are for specific design concepts, and cannot transfer over to new tattoos unless your artist explicitly says otherwise!
Tattoo appointments cannot be made without a deposit. A deposit holds your appointment time slot in the artist's calendar/work schedule. You will be able to set an appointment date and time while chatting with your artist. If you have made an appointment to get tattooed or pierced, it is your job to show up. This appointment time is reserved for you specifically when you give a deposit.
Deposits are forfeited if you do not give at least 48 hours advance notice, to your artist directly, that you need to reschedule an appointment. If you cannot reach your specific artist at the shop number 360-253-6464, text them directly, DM on their business account, or email works too.

'NO SHOWING' hurts your artist, and your own local community!
ARTISTS HAVE BILLS AND FAMILIES. If you reserve a portion of their work day, and you don't show up, they lose out on that income for the day. It could even be too late to get a new client to fill the spot. So just give us at least 48 hours notice if you can't make it. We likely will be able to reschedule you!
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Always give us at least 48 Hours notice. Our artists deserve a text message/direct message/email or phonecall (during shop hours) to let them know in advance. If you do not contact the individual artist you have an appointment with, about not being able to make your appointment, the deposit is FORFEITED.
WHAT IF YOU'RE LATE? :
It is up to your artist's discretion what will happen if you are late to your appointment. They likely have appointments and other clients after you, so be respectful of the artist and their other client's time! If you are excessively late, we may not be able to work on you that day. In which case, you likely will have to put down a new deposit and set a whole new appointment. Show up on time, maybe even a few minutes early to start filling out our consent form and have your ID checked. Being late could be detrimental to your appointment so it's in your best interest to not waste anyone's time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
